ISA is establishing a STAR-Centre at the College of Science and Technology, Royal University of Bhutan (RUB). This Centre aims to create an effective and sustained ecosystem for solar deployment with skilled workforce and conditions; testing; and appropriate administrative processes. The Centre at the College of Science and Technology is being established with financial support from the Government of the United States of America.
