Jesse Benjaman

Mr Jesse Benjaman was the Programme Delivery Officer at the SPC’s Pacific Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (PCREEE) office based in Nuku’alofa from June 2019 - September 2021. He brrought to the PCREEE a vast experience in the areas of energy and climate change at the national, regional and international level. Mr Benjaman was the former Director of Energy in Vanuatu and recently served as the Director General for the Ministry of Climate Change in Vanuatu from 2016 until June 2019 when he joined  the PCREEE. He graduated with a Master Degree in Energy Policy and Planning at the University of Technology, Sydney.
