An Act to Amend the Energy Act 1998. This act was prepared by the Cook Islands Government. These act is the energy amendment act 2012 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the energy act 1998. This act comes into force on the date it is assented to by the Queen's Representative. 2012, No.9.

An Act to constitute the Energy Division of the Ministry of Works, Energy and Physical Planning. This act was prepared by the Cook Islands Government. This act may be cited as the Energy Act 1998. This act shall be deemed to have come into force on a date to be appointed by the Queen's Representative by Order in Excutive Council. 1998, No.18.

These regulations may be cited as the Energy (Amendment)  Regulations 2010 and deemed part of the Energy Regulations 2006 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulation").

This regulation was prepared by the Cook Islands Government. These regulations may be cited as the Energy Regulations 2006. These Regulations shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Minister and notified in the Cook Islands Gazette.

An Act To Control and Standardise Building Practice. This act was prepared by the Cook Islands Government. This act may be cited as the building controls and standards act 1991. This act shall bind the crown subject to any provision to the contrary. 1991, No.2.

An Act to Constitute the Te Aponga Uira O Tumu Te Varovaro. This act was administered by the Te Aponga Uira o Tumu Te Varovaro. This act may be cited as the Te Aponga Uira o Tumu Te Varovaro Act 1991. This act shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Minister and notified in the Cook Islands Gazette. 1991, No.17.

This Act was prepared by Cook Islands Government. This Act may be cited as the Cook Islands Investment Corporation Act 1998. An Act to establish a Cook Islands Investment Corporation and to make provision for the control and management of statutory corporations and to manage and facilitate the disposal of assets. 

An Act to Consolidate and amend the law relating to local Government in the outer islands of the Cook Islands. This act was prepared by the Cook Islands government. This Act may be cited as the outer islands local government act in 1987. Cook Islands Laws 1987, No.25.

In February 2013, the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management (MFEM) commenced the Tax Review with the assistance of the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) Pacific Financial Technical Assistance Centre (PFTAC). On 5 February 2013, MFEM released a background paper on the Cook Islands tax system (The Cook Islands Tax Review – Explanatory Paper) to assist with public consultation. 

An Act to enact a new title 27 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia to govern essential services and to enact a new chapter 2 thereof to create the Federated States of Micronesia Petroleum Corporation as a public corporation, and for other purposes.
