The Department of Energy in Vanuatu is seeking a specialist to support marketing and communication of the Vanuatu Rural Electrification Project (VREP) I and Component 1 of VREP II. The consultant position is a 12-month position with initially the first 2-months developing the plan and obtaining approval before overseeing the implementation of the Plan over the remaining 10-months of the 12 month.
